Cold Cream And Strawberry Soup


500 mL (2 cups) Strawberries

125 mL (½ cup) White Wine

30 mL (2 tbsp) Lemon Juice

250 mL (1 cup) Plain Yogurt

125 mL (½ cup) Sour Cream

250 mL (1 cup) 10% or 18% Cream

To taste, freshly ground Cracked Black Pepper

Cooking Instruction

  1. In blender, puree strawberries, wine and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt, sour cream and cream. Stir well.
  3. Pepper, to taste.
