- 500 mL (2 cups) 18% or 33% Cream
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Butter
- 1 chopped Onions
- 1 clove minced Garlic
- 1 L (4 cups) sliced, Mixed Mushrooms
- 250 mL (1 cup) dry White Wine
- To garnish Lemon Zest
- Serve with on a salad bed Lettuce
- In a saucepan, melt butter and cook onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- Add wine and reduce by half.
- Add cream and reduce until as thick as desired.
- Serve hot over a green salad, garnish with lemon zest
