Creamy Chestnut Dip

250 mL (1 cup) Cream

250 mL (1 cup) Chestnut Purée

60 mL (¼ cup) molasses

60 mL (¼ cup) Lemon Juice

Cooking Instruction

  1. In a bowl, stir together chestnut puree, molasses, lemon juice and cloves. Add cream and stir well.
  2. Serve as a dip with red apple wedges fried tempura style, or other fresh fruit pieces.
