Creamy Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

250 mL (1 cup) Whipping Cream

75 mL (⅓ cup) diced Strawberries

75 mL (⅓ cup) diced Apple

75 mL (⅓ cup) diced Mango

75 mL (⅓ cup) diced Cranberries

75 mL (⅓ cup) diced Orange

30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped Mint

30 mL (2 tbsp) Mayonnaise

(Optionsl) 60 mL (¼ cup) crushed Pink Peppercorns


Cooking Instruction

Whip cream into soft peaks. Fold in fruit, mint, mayonnaise and peppercorns. Serve as a topping for bagels, chicken, fish, etc.
