Ingredients

250 mL (1 cup) Whipping Cream

75 mL (β…“ cup) diced Strawberries

75 mL (β…“ cup) diced Apple

75 mL (β…“ cup) diced Mango

75 mL (β…“ cup) diced Cranberries

75 mL (β…“ cup) diced Orange

30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped Mint

30 mL (2 tbsp) Mayonnaise

(Optionsl) 60 mL (ΒΌ cup) crushed Pink Peppercorns


Cooking Instruction

Whip cream into soft peaks. Fold in fruit, mint, mayonnaise and peppercorns. Serve as a topping for bagels, chicken, fish, etc.
