Fondue Sauces

Ingredients

Dijon Cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) 10% cream
  • 250 mL (1 cup) sour cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) mayonnaise
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) regular mustard
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) lemon juice
  • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
Ketchup Cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) 10% cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) sour cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) mayonnaise
  • 125 mL (½ cup) tomato ketchup
  • 125 mL (½ cup) chili sauce
  • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
Tartar Cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) 10% cream
  • 250 mL (1 cup) sour cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) mayonnaise
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped capers
  • 75 mL (5 tbsp) relish
  • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. For each sauce, add the following ingredients to the sauce base in a bowl.
