Strawberry Dip


250 mL (1 cup) Cream

225 g (8 oz) (chips or chopped squares) White Chocolate

500 mL (2 cups) chopped Strawberries

1 Banana

Juice of ½ Lemon

Cooking Instruction

In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate, stirring with a wooden spoon until chocolate has completely melted. Cool. In a bowl, mash banana with a fork. Add strawberries and stir well. Add lemon juice and white chocolate cream; stir well. Pour into a dip bowl. Serve with sticks of nut bread, muesli bread or raisin bread, donut holes, molasses cookies, plain cookies, etc.
