125 mL (½ cup) Cream
Heat soup in microwave, according to directions. Lightly whip cream. Ladle hot soup into soup plates. Fill a piping bag (or a cone of waxed paper) with whipped cream and pipe a spiral onto surface of soup. To make design, draw tip of a knife through cream, alternating from centre toward edge and from edge towards. Garnish with herbs, to taste.
