The results are in – and they’re delicious! Our province-wide #MiniRecipeBC contest inspired participants from communities all over to post eats, treats and sweets - highlighting the abundance of food our region has to offer! The rules were simple: post a recipe that used five ingredients or less featuring two local ingredients.

Our randomly selected winners provided beautiful BC-based recipes with a blend of tried-and-true staples and unique ingredients, creating flavour-packed fare for all palates. Nothing delights us more than celebrating mouthwatering recipes made from local ingredients.
