5 Ingredient Crab Cakes – using Local Caught Dungeness


  • 1/4 cup Crab (about 1/2 of a fresh dungess crab shell/legs
  • 1 local free range egg
  • 1/4 cup Soda Crackers
  • 1/4 cup fresh local spring onions or chives
  • 1 tbsp Mayo


  1. Combine the crab, egg, chives and mix together with the mayo and crumbled soda crackers.
  2. Fry until golden and crispy.
