5 Ingredient Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
5 Ingredient Crab Cakes – using Local Caught Dungeness

  • 1/4 cup Crab (about 1/2 of a fresh dungess crab shell/legs
  • 1 local free range egg
  • 1/4 cup Soda Crackers
  • 1/4 cup fresh local spring onions or chives
  • 1 tbsp Mayo

Directions:
Mix the 5 ingredients, form into 3 inch crab patties and fry on both sides (3 minutes for each side).
