5 Ingredient Crab Cakes – using Local Caught Dungeness
- 1/4 cup Crab (about 1/2 of a fresh dungess crab shell/legs
- 1 local free range egg
- 1/4 cup Soda Crackers
- 1/4 cup fresh local spring onions or chives
- 1 tbsp Mayo
- Combine the crab, egg, chives and mix together with the mayo and crumbled soda crackers.
- Fry until golden and crispy.
