Creamy Trout And Vegetable Packet

Ingredients

45 mL (3 tbsp) Cream

1 Trout Fillet

15 mL (1 tbsp) dry White Wine

125 mL (½ cup) julienned Vegetables (carrots, leeks, celery, etc.)

Carrots

Leeks

Celery

Pepper

15 mL (1 tbsp) finely sliced Mint

To taste Salt

To taste Cracked Black Pepper


Cooking Instruction

  1. Set oven to 400°F
  2. Place trout fillet in centre of a large sheet of foil.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Carefully fold in all edges to seal.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes on barbecue or in oven.
