Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

250 g (½ lb) Chocolate (70% Cacao)

125 mL (½ cup) Butter

500 mL (2 cups) Cream

60 mL (¼ cup) Honey

15 mL (1 tbsp) Vanilla


Cooking Instruction

In a saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add cream, honey and vanilla. At serving time, pour sauce over cake or other dessert.
