Prosciutto and Dijon Cream Buns

Prosciutto And Dijon Cream Buns

Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) 33% Whipping Cream Whipping Cream
  • 75 mL (⅓ cup) Dijon Mustard
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Mayonnaise
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Basil
  • 4 Olive Bread Buns
  • 4 Lettuce
  • 12 slices Prosciutto
  • To taste Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and basil.
  3. Slice open olive bread buns and place a lettuce leaf on each bottom half.
  4. Top with 3 slices of prosciutto and a dollop of Dijon cream.
  5. Pepper to taste.
  6. Repeat for remaining buns. Close buns with top halves.
