Prosciutto And Dijon Cream Buns


250 mL (1 cup) 33% Whipping Cream Whipping Cream

75 mL (⅓ cup) Dijon Mustard

30 mL (2 tbsp) Mayonnaise

30 mL (2 tbsp) Basil

4 Olive Bread Buns

4 Lettuce

12 slices Prosciutto

To taste Cracked Black Pepper

Cooking Instruction

In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Add Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and basil. Slice open olive bread buns and place a lettuce leaf on each bottom half. Top with 3 slices of prosciutto and a dollop of Dijon cream. Pepper to taste. Repeat for remaining buns. Close buns with top halves.
