Chocolate Pie with Raspberries

Chocolate Pie With Raspberries

There’s nothing more decadent than the raspberry and chocolate. Add a touch of whipped cream and you’re in dessert paradise!


  • 250 mL (1 cup) Whipping Cream
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Raspberry Jam
  • In pieces, 250 mL (1 cup) Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Eggs
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) Butter
  • 1 baked and cooled Store Bought Pie Shell
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) Cocoa Powder
  • 125 mL (½ cup) fresh Raspberries


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a saucepan, heat cream with raspberry jam. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stirring gently until melted and smooth.
  3. Add eggs and butter, and stir until smooth.
  4. Pour chocolate mixture into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Cool.
  5. Sprinkle with cocoa. Serve with whipped cream and fresh raspberries, if desired.
