Creamy Herb Dip

Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup), 33% Whipping Cream
  • 125 mL (½ cup) Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove chopped Garlic
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Parsley
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Basil
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Thyme
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Salt
  • To taste Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in mayonnaise, garlic and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon into a ramekin. Serve with fried mozzarella sticks or raw vegetables.
