Ingredients

250 mL (1 cup), 33% Whipping Cream

125 mL (½ cup) Mayonnaise

1 clove chopped Garlic

30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Parsley

30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Basil

30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Thyme

30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh Salt

To taste Cracked Black Pepper


Cooking Instruction

  1. In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in mayonnaise, garlic and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spoon into a ramekin. Serve with fried mozzarella sticks or raw vegetables.
