Donut Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Sugar
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) Vanilla
  • 500 mL (2 cups) 33% Whipping Cream
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Milk
  • 12 cubed Honey Donuts
  • 125 mL (½ cup) Maple Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, stir together eggs, sugar, vanilla, cream and milk.
  3. Add donut cubes and fold in.
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Evenly divide half of mixture among 6, ½ cup (125 mL) ramekins.
  6. Top with maple butter.
  7. Evenly divide remaining mixture to fill ramekins. Bake for about 40 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
