- 250 mL (1 cup) heated, 18% or 33% Cream
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Butter
- 1 finely chopped Spinach
- 1 L (4 cups) coarsely chopped fresh Canadian Parmesan
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) grated fresh Salt
- To taste Cracked Black Pepper
- In a frying pan, melt butter and cook onion without browning.
- Add hot cream and spinach. Cook until desired consistency.
- Add Canadian parmesan.
- Salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Serve as a side dish or a dip.
